Old School House Museum
Located in Lee Vining's Old School House, this museum displays both commonplace and delightfully odd artifacts, photographs and equipment chronicling the cultural history of the Mono Basin.

Outside exhibits feature farming and mining equipment. See Native American artifacts, gold mining implements and even a legendary upside-down house!

Other exhibits include farming and mining equipment. Inside the one will find the wheel of the Venita, the old Mono Lake Tour Boat, that felt the hands of Wallis McPherson as he guided her. The prop that once thrashed the waters of Mono Lake to the 8-cylinder tune of one of Henry Ford's fine flatheads is also on display.
